How do I connect with someone?

Click on "Connect / Interest" button on any profile. Choose what you want (Social Account, Contact Number, or Pro Contact) and pay the required amount via Messenger. After payment, the profile owner will share the requested details with you.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes! We take privacy very seriously. Your personal details are only shared with the profile owner after you successfully complete a connection request. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

How do I make payment?

All payments are processed securely through Messenger. After selecting your connection type, you will be redirected to Messenger where you can complete the payment via Esewa, Khalti, or bank transfer as guided by our support team.

What if the profile owner doesn't respond?

If someone doesn't respond to your message, it is their choice. Everyone has the right to decide who they want to reply to or ignore. You can simply try connecting with another profile that interests you.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

No, payments are non-refundable. This is a service-based platform. We take a service fee and provide our service immediately. Once you pay and we share your request with the profile owner, the service is considered delivered.

What is Pro Contact?

Pro Contact is our premium service. When you choose Pro Contact, we also inform the person you are interested in that someone liked their profile and is interested. We share your contact information with them too. This way, they are more likely to respond to you. However, whether they accept or ignore your request is their choice and your choice too.

How can I add my profile here?

To add your profile, you need to share your information with us and pay a one-time registration fee of Rs. 100. This is a one-time payment. After that, your profile will be listed on our platform for a lifetime.
